Peter Underwood - External Communications Officer

Peter has lived in Croydon for nearly twenty years and currently works with two charities that help reconnect people with nature and work to preserve, restore, and re-wild our precious green spaces. Peter also has experience working as a civil servant in both the Westminster and European Parliaments developing, delivering, and communicating policies.

Peter is also a longstanding member of his local residents’ association and Croydon Friends of the Earth and is active in a wide range of local community and campaigning groups.

Within the Green Party Peter has held positions at local, regional, and national levels and is currently the communications officer for the Croydon and Sutton Green Party.
